Fire and Burglar Alarms Design

I am a Level 1 KESA (Kansas Electronic Security Association) Burglar and limited fire Alarm Technician

I am not yet certified through NICET so depending on the requirements in your area you may need to have final documents reviewed and approved by a third party with the qualifications required in your area.

I do work with a Level 2 NICET and this person checks and approves designs when required by local codes.

Architectural and Engineering Style Design

I am a draftsman and a designer not an architect.  Depending on your area's requirements you may need an Engineer or Architect to review and approve any or all final documents before building.  I have had this be required and not required, depending on the structure I may require it be approved through an Engineer or Architect before releasing the design for building.  I am familiar with most standardized code requirements so this usually isn't a problem.
